Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund at any time before a healthcare provider completes your consultation and your treatment plan or prescription is issued.
Once a licensed medical provider has reviewed your case, completed your consultation, and sent a prescription to your designated pharmacy (when applicable), or otherwise finalized your treatment plan, the consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
Consultation Processing Times
Our goal is to review and process most consultation requests as quickly as possible, and many are completed within approximately two hours.
However, processing times may occasionally be longer due to factors such as:
- Incomplete or missing medical information
- Additional clinical review requirements
- Technical difficulties
- Increased patient demand or high consultation volume
If you no longer wish to proceed with your consultation due to a delay, you should submit your cancellation or refund request as soon as possible.
Refund requests made after a provider has completed the consultation, issued a prescription, or finalized a treatment plan will not be eligible for a refund.
Treatment Outcomes
Healthcare results can differ based on your health situation. While our providers work to recommend appropriate treatments based on the information available, no treatment can guarantee a specific result.
Consultation fees are not refundable if:
- A medication does not produce the desired outcome
- Symptoms do not completely resolve
- Your condition requires additional treatment or follow-up care
- Your body responds differently than expected to the prescribed treatment
The consultation fee covers the provider's professional evaluation, medical decision-making, and treatment recommendations, regardless of the final outcome of treatment.
Follow-Up Care
If your symptoms continue, worsen, or do not improve as expected, you may be eligible to submit a new consultation for additional review and medical guidance.
Our healthcare providers will continue to evaluate your concerns and recommend appropriate next steps based on your individual circumstances.
